With all the silliness out there right now surrounding GW's dismissal of Warhammer Fantasy, it's more appealing than ever to go back to the good ol' days of older editions. A few of us have been flipping through the 3rd edition Warhammer Fantasy rulebook to refresh ourselves on how we used to play games with actual armies!
I'm looking at you, Mind Razor.
Anyway, this little gem of wargaming wisdom from Rick Priestly jumped out at me as a reminder that Warhammer is every bit about storytelling and imagination as it is about tactics and game mechanics. That's what made it fun for me all those years ago and that's why I'm excited to go back to it.
